Cancellation policy

We understand that your plans may change, which is why we have set up cancellation policy.

- In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, only the deposit will be charged.

- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the stay booked. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay booked will also be charged.

Waterproof conditions

We understand that it's pleasant to enjoy our facilities in the sunshine, so Greenfields reserves the right in the event of an "orange" or "red"¨* weather alert, bad weather, strong winds or storms in Durbuy, to postpone your stay without charge (within the current 12 months). If postponement is not possible, the full amount of your stay will be refunded. No other compensation may be claimed.
